Managing Partner

David Shelly is the Managing Partner of Shelly Real Estate Group, where he leads the firm’s overall investment strategy and oversees all aspects of the business—from underwriting and acquisitions to financing, asset management, and investor relations.
In addition to his role at SREG, David serves as a Board Member of the D. Shelly Group, a family-owned automotive company based in Orange County, with a focus on luxury vehicle brands.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah and earned a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California. He is also a graduate of St. Margaret’s Episcopal School.
